Daniel Chapelle, AES, AEP

Daniel holds both a bachelor and postgraduate degree in the field of exercise science and is accredited with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) as both an Exercise Scientist and Exercise Physiologist. Daniel has 9 years of industry experience ranging from fat loss, muscle development, athlete performance, injury rehabilitation and chronic disease management. Daniel conducts personal training at Virgin Active Moore Park and is considered as one of the senior trainers within the club. In addition, Daniel is the Co-director of The Training Principle, an online platform that releases daily workouts and education.
